Shipping Information

We prepare every order with care to ensure your dried fruits stay fresh and protected during transit. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

We currently deliver nationwide. If your area is remote, delivery may take slightly longer. For urgent or special delivery requests, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Packaging

All products are packed in eco-friendly, secure packaging to maintain freshness and prevent damage. We aim to protect both your order and the environment.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our quality standards, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be asked to share a photo so we can assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, and we’re here to help if anything goes wrong.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within the first 6 hours after purchase, as long as they have not been processed for shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
